Hookie Co. has taken the electric bike world by storm with their latest custom creation, the Silver Ant. Based on the Cake Ösa, this one-of-a-kind electric bike is specifically designed for racing and is inspired by sci-fi movies. The Silver Ant will make its debut at the Glemseck 101 Festival in September, where it will participate in a silent drag race.

But this isn’t just any electric racer. Hookie, the German tuning specialist, has taken the CAKE Ösa+ model and transformed it into a pure café racer with a unique character thanks to the Ant bolt-on kit. The bike boasts a sleek and aggressive design with a deleted seat and an additional aluminum cover cloaking the frame.

The Silver Ant features a unique design that sets it apart from the usual look of a motorcycle. With dynamic curves and a sleek, futuristic appearance, it almost seems like an autonomous motorcycle. The custom Cake Ösa utilizes a single-piece fairing and features clip-on handlebars, providing a racer-style riding position. The bike’s frame has been modified to accommodate a super-low ride height, forks, and mirrors. making it perfect for the drag strip. But don’t be fooled by its stunning appearance, as the Silver ANT is a monster when it comes to straight-line sprints. Hookie has almost doubled the power delivery, giving it a top speed of nearly 100mph. The acceleration curve has been toggled and the bike now only needs one brake, located at the front.

Underneath the custom design, the Silver Ant is equipped with standard motor-battery components from Cake’s Ösa. However, the controller software has been retuned to push the bike to its maximum potential, as we said, reaching speeds of up to 100 mph. Additionally, the Ant sports a Magura HC3 front brake lever and custom rear sets for improved performance.

To add to the excitement, Hookie is currently working on a system that will allow remote access to the engine and battery through the RC motorcycle like antenna at the rear. And if you’re interested in this fierce machine, Hookie is offering pricing and more information upon request.

One standout feature of Ant is the customizable LED matrices with a resolution of 8x16px, powered by an integrated Arduino controller. This innovative design allows for various graphics and animations to be displayed, adding a touch of personalization to the electric bike.

Although the Silver Ant is a one-off creation, Hookie Co. is planning to offer the possibility of customizing your own Ösa with their Ant Bolt-On kit, which will be shipped directly to your door. This kit will include the body kit, clip-ons, and other components needed to transform a standard bike into a unique custom electric bike.
