Called the Ultraviolette F99, the electric naked has loads of track-specific components, topped by a punchy electric motor.

The Indian-made electric motorcycle is built to decimate the race track.

Electric motorcycles are quickly gaining popularity, and we frequently showcase numerous remarkable models from around the globe here. The F99 electric street fighter was just unveiled by India-based EV startup Ultraviolette. This is the newest vehicle to be added to this list. The motorcycle has a powerful engine and a ton of clever parts, which together can outperform the Kawasaki Ninja 400 on a racetrack. Read More Ultraviolette Automotive – Wikipedia

This Electric Motorcycle Is Ripe With Carbon Fiber:

Ultraviolette F99

Regarding handling, Ultraviolette gave the F99 a mono shock and Italian-made Gabriel upside down forks. These come with 17-inch wheels and extremely sticky Pirelli Supercorsa SP tires. They are pre-load and compression adjustable. It’s interesting to note that the rear wheel’s disc is made of carbon fiber rather than an alloy. Most likely to reduce unsprung bulk. But without athletic ergonomics, none of this would be useful, so the bikemaker added adjustable rear set footpegs, clip-on handlebars, and a narrow, race style seat.

The Ultraviolette F99 also performs admirably, to sum up. It has a powerful 50kW (65 horsepower) motor that allows it to reach a top speed of nearly 200kmph (120 mph). Which is more than quick enough to beat out your favorite Kawasaki 400s and KTM 390s. Although Ultraviolette has not yet provided information regarding the battery and range. The F77 offers a range of more than 186 miles. We anticipate that the F99 will have a comparable range (if not better).

Sadly, The Ultraviolette F99 Is Not For Sale:

Sadly, the Ultraviolette F99 is not for sale. Instead, it will be part of the company’s one-make race championship in India, the country’s first electric two-wheeler championship, if all goes to plan. However, there’s a high chance the F99 will birth a road-legal offspring, priced at around 5 lakh INR (~$6,100). Currently, Ultraviolette only operates in India and sells the 36-HP F77 electric naked which starts from around ~$4,600. It justifies the money with a TFT instrument cluster, all-LED lights, smartphone connectivity, fast charging, and a claimed range of 207km. You can also Read KYMCO Launches SuperNEX And RevoNEX.
